Unfortunately, we passed because there's a homeless shelter at the corner of N 8th St and Santa Clara St.

I was reading on Seattle and how they're adding all these regulations for business, thinking it will create more affordable housing, with no stipulation that the fees being charged go to affordable housing .. all the while homelessness in WA and CA is out of control. 

I would hand that to my kids and leave a legacy to be proud of.Also, somewhere in the middle of this i would start giving back to the community by helping homeless vets and donating to non-peofits.

However,  this property is right across a park and a church where there are many homeless.

Be around friends and receive nice medical care.(4) Become homeless and live under an overpass, Cooking roadkill over an open fire.

He is now in a local hotel, and police consider him to be 'homeless'.

You could also ask around at rehab centers and homeless shelters. 

People who rent the homes are more-established, have better jobs and many people with retirement income move to Las Vegas, but there is a super high percent of transients and homeless people all over the streets in all parts of Las Vegas.
