I feel like I'm being harsh in my comments and normally I'm not.

If you feel they're being too harsh, think about their intent.

A successful close and the investor although congratulated by most came to BP with full details and shared...and ...well ...envy can harshly effect some more then others.  

On residential property this has become rarer as many states have introduced restrictions and limitations on contracts for deed as well as instituted harsh penalties for violations.  

I have spent the last six years doing a job I loved for people I’m not found of and have come to the harsh realization I need a change in careers and life.

@Michael Jone  I hear what your saying many on BP will say the same thing don't spend money on training you can get it all here at BP  although @Russell Brazil comments are in my mind made in a manner that in genuine .. so I think you were a little harsh on himThe reality as @Aaron Mazzrillo stated is these companies are all fronted by UTAH based seminar companies Every single one of them..
