Kind of like appraisals one surveyor is doing their math one way and it does not match anothers.. also depends on where their controls are .. do they have to go half a mile away to find a control point to then measure back in..   

Talk about the carpet life expectancy and be willing to accept them taking half off the cost from your security deposit and everyone can call it a day. 

never-mind that 5 miles down the road a similar property is $15K.

There are 2 companies in Wyoming offering the same service and actually better service for less than half the price.
