You see, I could have plated the car in 32 karat gold leaf and unless I was able to find a buyer who was specifically interested in paying a premium to own a gold leaf covered Mustang, blue book value is what it is, and no one was going to pay me upwards of $40,000 for a 2001 model year car they could just as easily buy with similar upgrades elsewhere for less than half that amount.Unfortunately, I had already bought the car and I had already flushed all that money down the drain – my only gain on investment being brief jolts of adrenaline and incrementally smaller quarter mile times.

If they are rotten, you can cut them off flush with the sheeting and build your replacement using a ledger and posts (to the ground as you indicated).

Once you get into the routine of electric there is simply no going back to ICE cars at least for me.. you never service them.. there is no schedule service.. you just get in and drive and if you charge every might like my daughter you always have a full tank.now were your limited is in rural driving.. for taking trips at this time the superchargers are on many of the main interstates but not all.. like you cant take highway 50 across Nevada ( the loneliest road in America) however many hotels now if your going to a destination have chargers they have to adapt just like apartments are going to have to adapt. not much on the details but I know my charger cable that came with the car that hooks into 240 is very thick.. its not a normal extension cord like for running a power tool.. so not sure on the limitations on that one running it out your window.. and in many apartments that are not all that close to parking not sure how that would work with trip fall etc. its very interesting to see how this all flush's out I am sure Tesla will have something they seem to be the innovators 

What I find when it all flush's out is the one's that are licensed RE brokers are my best performers.. this added feature in their business shows me they are serious... licensed and care about doing the right thing... they want to protect their licenses..  

I do replace all toilets with low volume flush when I buy a new property.

When flushing the water heater; don't shut off any valves.

I basically flushed $2300+ dollars down the toilet.
