Hats off to you!

I'm chiming in my 2 cents here...I like to fancy myself a "crack pot economist and economic tin foil hat wearer" but, I try to base my craziness on cold hard facts.  

Goal of making $30k/month apart from W2 income is just some random number from hat.

Hat is off for your bravery.

I see the carnage the all hat no cattle buyers do to people either in stealing equity or failing to close and owners either get total goofed up making other financial arrangements thinking their deal is going to close.. to people losing their houses at foreclosure because they believed the wholesaler was going to close and in fact had no means to close unless they found another mark. 

I've since learned, not only "Could it work" but it "Does work"; so, here i am throwing my hat in the fix & flip 'Ring."  

Just the same, I'll don my other business hat and check to see if any of my left-coast clients warrant a site visit.

Just yesterday specifically I was both and would say, with experience in both, wearing my office/ planning/negotiating/scheduling hat is much easier.You may never make more money per minute negotiating (or document drafting, making a tax move, etc)  but you'll never get crap done in the field quicker, cheaper and more effectively than when the principal stakeholder that knows what they're doing does it.  

Long and short, costs $$ to hang your hat as your own broker/LLC. 

What they want is the money and don't want trashy signs all over the place...... sign, signs, everywhere are signs, blocking out the scenery and blocking my mind, do this, don't do that,.............hey, what gives you the right, Just tuck your hair up under your hat and yell that to the judge....
