I have considered MHP investing extensively and always run into the problem that there is no supply in Miami.

From that there was an extension of that driveway up to the house we were looking at.

Just accept up front that you close at their terms and realize they almost always require an extension to close. 

Currently hold a corporate job which I plan on getting rid of within the next year thanks to my new career as a Real Estate Investor.Although I’ve just recently started my professional career as a Real Estate Investor, I’ve received extensive professional training from long time experts in the field, successfully closed a couple of deals of my own already; as well as helped Cash Buyers find great deals in my area meeting and exceeding their expectations.My immediate goal is to specialize in wholesaling deals, finding the best deals for my cash buyers per their personal criteria.My short to medium term goal is to buy and hold at least 5 or more rental properties consistently producing the highest cap rate possible with a double digit cash on cash return within the next 5 years.

How extensive is this sort of repair?  

I have been spending time studying materials on BP to know more about real estate investing.I plan to invest  in Nigeria and Uae but there are no post ,blogs or articles on BP that i have read so far that talks extensively or give strategies based on this two markets .So the challenge I have is that most of the post on Bp talking about stragies of acquiring a property and rentals does not really tally with the Nigerian market.

It needs extensive work before it can be rented and will keep me busy this summer for sure!
