Then a follow-up that the tenants upstairs had people over for dinner and they could hear them.

We believe in God and country, believe in the Biblical teaching on creation, don't believe in catastrophic man-made global warming (nobody has proven it to be true), we eat dinner at Granmas, play golf for 10 bucks, catch cat-fish on a trot-line, and teach our children to shoot guns.

I sent the guests money to go out to dinner on me while they cleaned. but 10 months with only 1 issue and many guests mention in review how clean our place is.

Same as if you can’t afford an expensive steak dinner.... ya don’t go in and order one.

I remember going to a grade school pot lunch dinner and one of the teachers commenting there were students from 27 different countries in our grade school.As a community though there is no deny that The Asian parent or Culture is pro education to the extreme and a very TIGHT family unit.. to the point also were they will have 2 to 4 generations living in one houses hold so there buying power was quite strong as well. 

I mentioned the cars, and they had dinner with our friends, we had dinner with theirs...it was a cool way to learn a little about another part of the world.
