@Crystal Smith what makes you think you need an LLC?

No crystal balls of course but I can't tell if the apartments being listed in Los Angeles are low inventory or high inventory, inflated prices like residential etc. 

The opposite is probably true for Dayton, although my crystal ball is no better than anyone else's, and at this point, who the heck knows what our economy is going to do on the manufacturing side?

At the moment nothing is being listed in my local market, and anything listed is not in my Crystal Clear Criteria for location/sub market or the numbers are no where close to making it a good deal.  

The brass claw feet of the old bathtub rest on 'crystal' balls.But they did pull their g/grandfathers1929 Ford auto out of the barn & it had a few bullet holes in it!!!

I dont have a crystal ball but to me this is possible, if rates keep going up very few people are going to even qualify to purchase homes in my area if prices were to stay high.

Due diligence can help mitigate risk, but no one has a crystal ball.

I'm one of the biggest pushovers I know but I was fortunate enough to learn early on.Make the rules crystal clear and stick to them.
