I can lend up to 100% of the purchase price and 100% of the rehab costs for experienced investors on 1-4 unit properties.

The program has been great for my own STR investments and my co-hosting business.

Some go out of business.

Your net gain is your net sale, minus your adjust cost basis.

The issue is you cannot force insurance companies to do business in the state.

Just my personal opinion - get a mentor or a person who already has good experience running STR business, preferably in your area (but not 100% required).

Be honest with them if that is what you are doing though so you don't waste their time if they are busy.

You need to know what things cost.
