I think its a really interesting thought model if nothing else though so I won't point out some of the obvious negatives to even consider doing something like this.That being said, the one thing that I've suggested a few times for BP is to provide some way for us to share contractors and/or allow contractors or other real estate team members (i.e. realtors, attorneys, etc) to advertise on here.To me, thats such a huge value opportunity for everybody involved, it just doesn't make sense why they aren't doing it.BP could charge the contractors to hang a shingle on here.

Howdy @Eric Wallace and @Rina AmirOK - a couple items...1 - Is the roof metal, rolled roof material, shingles or ?

.), recessed light cans and trims, tile (type, color), sheets of subfloor, roof shingles, yards of concrete, sheets of drywall, cabinet boxes, sizes of windows, etc. etc. etc. 

Records seems sparse and non-computerized.

I saved over $800 (Bulk discount was only $580) on my last shingle order by doing this, and I got my 11% rebate in the form of a gift card.

The roof has fairly new architectural shingles.

For building materials, I'm happy to let the contractors provide, as trying to estimate the number of 2x4s or the number of bundles of shingles we'll need on a job.

I just hate dealing with rehabs personally, just never know what is behind the walls, under the flooring, under the shingles, etc...

Spaced lumber sheathing for wood shingle and shake roofing shall conform to the requirements of Sections R905.7 and R905.8.
