Not as many students live off campus as you might think, don't go more than a few blocks away.

Walk a few blocks and you're sure to pass 4-5 active rehabs.

@Chantele JoordensWe have several (8) properties in Uptown SJ and are familiar with most that have sold in the past 2-3 years.The rental market in Uptown SJ varies greatly depending on where you are located ... there can be significant differences in tenant population, turnover and rent levels from block-2-block.

I want them out.They supposedly, via the previous sellers flushed kitty litter down the drains requiring plumbing to be redone at a $5000 expense before I purchased the property.

They won't know anything about the property except rather or not they poured pink stuff in the drains and changed the locks. 

To throw wrench in things, we found out they are building some low income housing a block from our house, which I am not sure what will do to the neighborhood and our ability to rent it for rates we need to maintain cash flow.

The tenants have zero incentive to help you out , so honestly if they are blocking your drive , just tow them.
