They are on the hunt for money now when in the down turn they were keeping taxes flat because if they raised backed then almost everyone appealed because they were hurting with the economy.Some of my clients have some ongoing appeals right now and the properties are in the tens of millions so the taxes are substantial.

I expect Marina Bay is going to have great appreciation.Even the flats of Richmond have great pockets here and there where new home buyers have moved in and changed the feel of the neighborhood.

I can't remember all the terms but  I think origination is a flat  fee which might be cheaper than 4%, depending on your loan amount

We only had to do inside rehab, plumbing, electrical, countertops, flooring and paint and replace the roof on one building and repair the TPO on the flat roof on the apartment building.
