Maybe some Grant Cardone videos, but those are more hype up than technical I'd say.

Heard a lot of hype about Bigger Pockets and seems like some quality people are here that are eager to help others.

Yet, you were hyping your mentoring service for newbies (for a significant hourly rate) when you didn't even have the most basic understanding of the rental business.

I️ just finished watching a commercial where people are hyped off of a free seminar and talking about retiring in one year after wholesaling and doing deal after deal like its cake.

To me, this means that the Seller is selling because they don't really believe their own hype!

Also, for sure I'm putting everyone to see the house at the same time, this way I can build up some hype about it and I also do have a full time job, so there is no time to waste.

I don't do dozens of offers/week or any of the stuff that they hype up.

I want to hype up "The Region" and agree with this post, but unfortunately every person I know that grew up in the area are a**holes.
