I'm curious to see if any fellow Minneapolis, Minnesota investors caught wind of this article?

I am actively looking for multi-family homes in the NE Minneapolis market and looking to do a house hack/owner occupy. 

I live and invest in Minneapolis and St Paul MN, so this will be specific to our MLS but I am guessing most of the thoughts and ideas will be relevant in any market on all MLS databases.  

I work full-time as a general contractor in Minnesota (Minneapolis/St Paul market), and a very rough summary of the construction field can be summed up as follows:"Time, Quality, Price...Pick Two

I use to live in Minneapolis and owned/occupied duplexes there, but have been out of it for the past 5 years- so bear with me. 

We are interested in purchasing 2-4 unit homes in the Minneapolis area.
