I was fascinated by the concept and this particular building, Each unit is a 2/2, but one bedroom is Hotel room style with private entrance, balcony and bathroom, the other is living room and kitchen bedroom bathroom with connecting door.It Seemed like a very Solid concept for investors, so I moved into the building I hope to buy in, to do some hands on research and learn the day to Day.Like everything else there are Pros and Cons.

for me its a lifestyle choice I know no better.. starting selling RE at 18 and well just dipped my toe into many different parts real estate they are all fascinating and can be rewarding. 

Last year I watched with fascination as one of my friends worked a high dollar HOA lien sale surplus funds deal.

Those BMPs are the foundation but shouldn't cap our imaginations.I'm currently fascinated with how landlords can increase their equity by working outside their property boundaries.

They are truly masterful at their sales techniques and it was fascinating, if sad, to watch!

My dad turned the house I grew up in from a 3 unit apartment into a 5 bedroom house and I've always been fascinated with the building side of the business.

I am willing to keep a somewhat  open mind though, so I would be fascinated to see a photo of a fireplace like this that has been painted and manages to "look good"
