I asked for specifications book but the developer said they will leave it up to us as long as it complies with the plans, they have some specifics there but not too specific (ie they said dunn edwards paint but not to what color, not even if it is smooth finish or orange peel, that doesnt bother me much).

I understand the concept I think it's a great idea.

If you have a client who wants to dump his property for $30,000 and you know you can wholesale it for $50,000... you would be obligated to use your best effort to get that seller $50,000.The problem I have with wholesaler's is that they just don't get this simple concept... and will stand up in front of 100 people and argue they love helping people... and cashing them out of this property for $30,000 is helping them.Bob Collett

Putting this out there to measure interest and to eventually meet up and discuss this subject and how everyone would like to move forward with this concept.

@Edward Oliver if you currently own the property you should be able to just secure it.  

Interesting  concept, I will keep it in mind and start checking out the sites you mentioned above. 

It is not a new concept by any means and the best facilities include the social element.
