Hello, 

I am a new member to the site. I'm very new to the concept of real estate and investing. I'll be purchasing my first home next month as a primary residence. I look forward to receiving knowledge and tips from this community. Ultimately, I'd like to gain an understanding flipping houses, no money down purchases, and rental properties.
