1.When you look at the additional $50' ish you can make by doing the cleaning yourself, I personally do not think the "juice is worth the squeeze".

There is no FDIC insurance on it though many firms label this as cash. 2) The FDIC insures only up to a certain amount so there are some lucky folks who do have a possible issue if a bank goes belly up.
