I do the basics myself sinks, toilets, bugs, washers, dryers but for AC I always put them under contract with a local company for 24 hour support and quick fix.

I've saved a couple houses from foreclosure, one of which got some money out of the deal once I remodeled and flipped it (upon successful closing seller was paid).

Everything should be in writing...faucet swaps, toilet paper holders, hand towel rings, etc. 

Being a consummate do-it-yourselfet and unable to clone myself, I've felt it wise to bring in some contractors on my 20 unit remodel.

That means late at night when their toilet clogs or they notice bugs, they can find you. 

One of my companies is a licensed general contractor and we specialize in working with investors...we support an existing large rental portfolio but also work with self-managing and BFF investors on remodeling and renovation projects.  

After being involved in my share of remodels and being around agents/investors etc.

She has started to remodel some of the units and currently 7 of the 12 are rent ready.

I own a Home Remodeling company licensed in New York and recently obtained New. jersey license.

I specialize in basement egress window installation but I am just as skilled in whole house remodeling.
