Back up time, go buy a couple of window A/C's, drive over and install them.Tell the renters you are sorry for the inconvenience, and will have someone over to look at the A/C as soon as possible.Until then this is a stopgap.While you are there, ask them if anything else needs fixing, broken screen, sticky door lock, oven missing a knob, etc....and get that fixed too.Sometimes this kind of high temp messes up LVP flooring, if you have that installed, take a look at it for buckling or separating.Good Luck!
