Hi @Liz White - I'm sure you've discovered this information already, but I wanted to share it with you in case you haven't seen it (directly from the NC Real Estate Commission):"...requirements for an applicant who holds a current real estate license in another state (or U.S. territory or Canadian jurisdiction) that has been on active status within the previous three (3) years and that is equivalent to NC's provisional or "full" broker license." --- view the requirements here.

Maybe you need to focus more on social media marketing in your area (Facebook, Instagram, etc...) or maybe you need to expand your reach and look at other markets slightly outside your area.3) Maybe try finding someone to partner with who has done a couple deals so you can at least get part of the pie.

LLC electing S-Corp status is usually beneficial when flipping houses, but be careful that your CPA helps you with the "reasonable compensation" aspect- as that would be the main audit risk.
