It's slim pickin's for inventory like most places right now.

One of the reasons that we are seeing all the financial changes, especially in seller financed notes, is that many were originated where the borrower had a slim chance of performance.

Suddenly this deal is less attractive to me.My take home pay is slightly more than $3,000 and I borrow HELOC from my mother as down payment and rehab cost;  Keeping the deal will drain my bank account without emergency money, and the potential equity gain is slim. 

And trust me we have called around for previous project and the local picking are slim.

In my opinion, both companies cater to rehabbers who are willing to work on very slim margins.

It's slim margins here, but I think the market is slowing here (and that was happening before the Coronavirus).

How ever many deals I can find... the deal pickin's is slim right now...

As far as I have seen our options for local REI meet ups is slim.

If the margins are slim, I'm assuming that it is a fairly new loan, but you never know.
