They might own the urgent cares or a bunch of offices or a surgery center, etc. 

Example- a person with a limp or who uses a walker you cannot assume they need a ground floor unit and ask them what happened to your leg, why or you limping, did you just have knee surgery?

I doubt the windows are that drafty to cause most of the problem. but I do know we grew up putting the plastic wrap over the windows every winter.

The water may be from a clogged condensate drain/evaporation system, or, water/icemaker line, especially if it is a plastic hose vs. soft copper.

In any event, she was diagnosed with cancer and needed a emergency surgery to rid her body from the tumor.
