- What did you think was most important to communicate about yourself initially?

I want to be honest, reliable and great at communication which I feel will help put me above the rest so I want to avoid this problem.

I would communicate to the other tenant that you are evicting the perpetrator and you would like them to stay (assuming they are good tenants..).

I have been impressed with their communication and execution and availability for questions.

I would also ask them to explain their process and provide examples of communication. 

I have found out, though the past 19+ years of doing this, that as long as you communicate with the bank and you pay your mortgage on time [from your LLC's bank account, of course], there is nothing to worry about. 

As an out of state investor myself, he has been extremely helpful and communicative.

Overall: Took two months from start to finish and a whirl wind of what seems like constant communication between my banks and relator.

Luck isn't needed, just sheer honesty and communication.

Smaller operation but does a great job and communicates well.
