For interiors, I use an Osmo X5 (which can also mount on the DJI Inspire, but that drone is for some seriously pro drone footage, and is more suited to cinematography and engineering professionals).

Mounted microwave is $250 installed and goes out once every 5-10 years.

This is actually a risk management issue:  Try to mount towel bars in studs rather than drywall.

If you are willing to consider markets like Wilson, Rocky Mount, Henderson, or Fayetteville you can find some extreme value add properties that when finished will net a higher return than Raleigh ... but that's the risk reward ratio coming into effect. 

This one has Central Air but also a window mounted AC unit as they spent most of their time in one room and just used that.

I am considering converting to gas or putting Ceiling Mounted Cassette. anyone have experience with either?
