I've been analyzing tools to do some of this automated work, email, follow up, cleaning schedules, but there are times as you mentioned when human intervention is a must. 

Resolve that issue first medically then deal with moving forward with investing.

This is of course, assuming you have an interest in the medical field, and not just doing it as a way to make income.

In my opinion a Medical Dr. goes to school for a lot of years.

The country has some of the best medical technology in the world, the care was always excellent, and there are no problems with extended wait times or the such.
