Hopefully, your lease says the tenants cannot modify the property without your permission.Some of the other items could be ordinary maintenance requests or something you are just stuck with.

Essentially, there must be a paid parking footprint in the area already.The ideal asset would cashflow from day one with the ability to add value via technology, operations improvements, and/or NN lease addition (or renegotiation).

Smaller ones are filling up within 12 hours and the large unit they left with 2x 5 gallon water jugs to empty into AND a catchment below....because obviously the sellers knew that it fills over 5+ gallons in just TWO DAYS.We have had to get a structuralengineer in who has noted other water damage throughout the basement (unfinished) that was hidden behind sellers boxes and personal items during our inspection.

A Class properties - you usually don't need a property manager, you just need a leasing agent and contacts to call if something needs fixed/as well as the ability to be cashflow negative for 2-5 years.
