(Of course double check their work later) ALMOST always the guys will be willing to perform sidework and either have their own equipment or use the companies they work for and will have connections of their own for other contractors with large concrete saws, a pump truck, have an in with the inspectors/codes etc.Largest concrete project I've put together to date was a 33 yard pour.

They haven't paid this month's rent yet...HOWEVER< they filed a complaint with the city inspector for a different reason...so i am worried about retaliation..YET< they are late on rent and they caused damage to the kitchen.

I told the seller I plan to have plumbers, electricians, mold inspectors, termite inspectors, A/C guys, roofer, painters, floor guys, etc.... all give me bids on the rehab and that I would be needing access often times at the last minute and during work hours (when his friend was unable to give me access).
