At the end of the day, probably just regular old August/September middle GA / Macon heat.

With their heat and electricity included I feel this is more than fair.

As everyone knows the market in the Gatlinburg area is quite heated up- I got interested in a new construction cabin and made an offer at asking price.

The mobile trucks heat water to over 200 degrees and produce steam for sanitizing.

The same CD strategy w/ bridge loan is also doable for reserve funds that you want to have in case of an emergency like needing a new heating system. 

A bit heated discussion with one member not happy at all after losing his 10% deposit and a rep from RealPro responding at length regarding the entire timeline of the failed transaction.By the way deposit is 10% NOT $10K, so on a $500,000 listing the deposit is 50 GRAND .

Hello,I had a tenant last winter and the heat in his unit was supplemented by the unit above him.It gets really cold down there in winter but he chose not to have free heat and sealed the vents tightly with an aluminum foil without  letting me know , I could have easily adjusted the thermostat to lower  per his needs if he had told me and supplemented my apartment above with any additional heat but he chose to seal without letting me know inspite of my warning later on and obviously it can have detrimental effect on the tubing inside the walls due to excess pressure build up.He also complained about high electricity Bill's (obviously he would incur high utility bills when he turns on his electric radiator without using the free heat he was getting) I ended up having an oversight from my end as I did not verify if sealing vent caused any damage . 

The building uses radiant heat via hot water and uses gas to provide the heating.

I have not been in the attic but from photos and knowledge of my own building there is not enough insulation in the attic which has caused mold to form from heat transfer through the ceiling.
