Now I’m not saying don’t go into real estate also, but take the low hanging fruit of employer matching contributions and then start working on real estate... there’s even books on how to do it with low or no money down by @Brandon Turner so it isn’t like contributing to your 401k is going to not allow you to do real estate.

There is a reason eve ate the forbidden fruit first and was tricked . 

I am think there is probably some combination of down payment and owner financing that could make this work but my creative juices just are not flowing on this one at the moment. 

If continued acquisition of real estate in vanilla Fannie type loans is a priority, re-read that last sentence and activate your creative brain juices...

My creative juices are constantly sparked with each new update into the next one, and I don't want to waste the ideas, so...You know the old saying, "Waste is a terrible thing to mind",...or something like that.

As a franchise owner specific to the investing world, I'm working diligently every day to locate new ways to identify properties to buy, either as wholesale transactions or to possibly flip, occasionally I may hold a rental if it's low-hanging fruit.
