I have a great opportunity for a fix and flip in Tampa but I’ve never bought out there and a little worried about the sellers market with the devastation right now.

My idea is to offer my skills, such as social media management, painting, or assisting with various menial tasks, in exchange for the opportunity to learn the trade.

This either provides opportunities to invest in more real estate, rehab a property(s) or for personal use.You can also sell low performers to do the same.

I'm interested in exploring cash flow rentals, BRRRR, fix and flips, and new construction projects.As a newbie, I'm eager to learn and would love the opportunity to connect with experienced investors.
