If you are trying to post to the BP site, it seems that only "jpg" or "jpeg" file types are accepted, so you'll have to load the scanned image file into some piece of software that can save it into JPEG format (try MS Paint, or download a free software called IrfanView).

I have never been able to recreate their Lee County Florida foreclosure numbers with my own database that I download from public recordsthey tend to over state each month by 20 to 100 percent.
