What I was trying overall encompass in my post, is that the landlord is almost harassing my mother-in-law.

I'm originally from the area (orange county) and used to take trips to the "Nevele Resort" in the 90's and although it was very outdated, it had a charm about it and you really couldn't beat the beautiful mountainscape views.  

I used these exact questions to find my current property manager, and they worked like a charm.

Not only do the "landlords" not own the rentals, they don't own any property at all.All 3 of these applicants are as charming as can be.

@Roger Poulin Suggest you discuss with your attorney the merits of getting an Order for Publication which would encompass all of the shortcomings or deficiencies of due process that your judge has so far noted.

Taking the equity out due to appreciation is something different and they encompass a different set of risks.I think it's fair to debate different tactics and strategy s for RE investing but we should make an effort not too get emotionally involved in our particular strategy to the exclusion of others. 

Abq has a unique, quirky charm to it just like the rest of the state. 

However this home sits on 3 acres, has privacy and has a great fenced in backyard that encompasses the pool (and a pool shed that's getting redone as well).

I prefer Tahoe, I lived in Reno, Carson, Minden over the years and the daily afternoon winds coming down into the valley just make it miserable (for me). west side in the trees was the only house I had that wasn't miserable in the wind because it had the charm of rustling trees but out in the valley it's treeless and annoying. if its just for investment and you wont have to live in the wind there are still deals if you hunt. a friend of mind found a great deal inn the Ranchos, easily fit into 70%arv model which was surprising in this market.
