Nice restaurant  I was treating about 10 or 12 financial advisors to dinner to talk about what I do and how we could work together.. these were independents who can sell away.by about the 8 or 9th bottle of wine they were feeling no pain and you should have heard them how they talked about their clients and selling them annuities and other products.. basically   well you get the drift.. these were 30 something year old dudes knocking down 200 to 500k year and well just not a nice group..

Motor City Wine, Sugar House, Mercury Bar, Detroit Institure of Bagels, Astro Cofee, etc have all opened in the last three years.

I'm an investor but in my teeny home kitchen (8x8) we put in a dishwasher AND a wine fridge. 

YOu will love the area were Brian lives that's Sonoma wine country... unless of course you don't fancy world class wines and food... and great weather and scenery.

In our local area, we have fruit packing house tours, four or five of the 21 California Missions are within an hours drive, visiting wine country and all the tasting rooms to our north (use a designated driver, please), there is Yosemite, Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Yellowstone, Glacier National Park......All of the above are just the things in the United States. 

They had inclined planes (ramps :roll:), wooden cranes and trusses and everything.

(Blood and wine are good examples.), but, the 3% hydrogen peroxide you buy at the corner store isn't really strong enough to do much with more complex &/or set-in stains.
