You’ll see one of two things show up at the top of the search on AirBnB: new listings or ultra cheap/discounted listings.AirBnB isn’t losing revenue because they already pivoted to luxury and boutique a year ago to counteract the downturn in average listings they saw coming.

I know that there are many fans here on BP of this stuff. I am trying to make a decision which to go with $1.79 vs $2.79. This is for a C rental I amdoing a full rehab on.My biggest fear is the adhesive will not adher...

My wife lists them all its dependent on market conditions.. right now in our market putting them on MLS is all that's needed and the good brokerages will have auto feed into all the social media stuff you need.ON the super high end.. and from what I know about your area I would say 1 to 2 mil is not the ultra high end by any means..

i'm looking to lay down some allure (ultra or plus) and looks like one is 3.8 and the other 5.0.

I do not want to work with those types.My clients tend to be ultra wealthy so they want experience and the long term relationship.

This off-line marketing, and a bit-costy, but can boast pretty high conversion rates.

If they are lazy or ultra conservative, they will take the easy way out and show rental income based on last tax return.  

Every surface has been ultra-cleaned and painted over many times.

And especially... having this success in the ultra-hot SF Bay market.
