I know these judges extremely well, and all the buyer need is a letter from the lender saying loan was not approved, and you have about 10% chance of winning and take my advice and don't use a lot of hype the judges know the system extremely well.Joe Gore

You avoid the hype and hangover of events such as this one.

Gets me pretty hyped for the day.

Investors need to be patient and laser focused on their own personal investment strategy so they do not get caught up in any new hype and stick to the investments that fullfill their personal plan.

Don't believe the hype.

Only a few money makers that everyone worships and the hype can be comical.

I'd also be happy to schedule a call and provide some feedback.In our area (N Ft Worth), most of the "Investors Wanted" signs are from NetWorth Realty or New Western.

I suggest you ask your local RE Club for references on who out there really has good quality info without the hype or their hand out always asking for more money to give you the 'real' info.

It probably will create hype for properties in the area more out of curiosity than from real buyers but i dont think it will affect values.
