Set them a couple inches below ceiling and then have a skilled carpenter come in and place crown and trim—can turn out really nice, especially with nice countertops and under-mount lighting.

Let me share a story on a CL laborer "GIG" hire.Several years ago I had to create a few drain fields for my swimming pool, and at the end I end up with a big pile of excavated sand that needs to be disposed of.Imagine how much sand a typical bathtub will hold, well multiply that by 5.I posted an ad on CL, posted a picture of the big mount of sand, gave the estimated volume how many cubic feet, and asked for a lump sum quote to come pick it up and dispose of it.

Also, it looks like the drain lines under the sink are 1 1/4 or 1 1/2 ( probably 1 1/2 but I cant tell for sure) which is small for a washing machine .They sell under sink mount vents at the big box store which might help with drainage speed but I would recommend you talk to a licensed plumber to take care of it the right way.

I would contact an HVAC installer in your area and have them give you a rough idea as to the coverage area. 1000ft.² you should be able to get two wall-mounted units that would work off one exterior compressor.
