I recommend you add a little more detail to this post.. what kind of property etc etc.I have done probably more than 12 to 15 deals in south side all 2 to 4 flats.. at first they all sold to investors the last 3 or 4 sold to owner occ.

You are not allowed to ask the tenant for details about the disability itself, but you are able to verify the presence of one, and that it requires an ESA, and that whoever prescribed it is a real licensed professional with the appropriate credentials to legally prescribe ESAs. 100 bucks says they won’t reply if they got their letter online and don’t really have a disability requiring an ESA.

I hoped bigger pockets could connect me with someone who could help me dive into the real life details without the normal youtube spin trying to sell a book or program.From what I've read flex spacing is a small retail/office space attached to warehouse space that can be separated into different sizes depending on the tenant needs.
