I am brand new here (in terms of having an account), but have browsed the website for a while now.

Is there a piece of literature you could recommend, a site I can browse, or a video I could watch?

Until browsing this site I'd always think "why does everyone think I want to sell my house?"

So, I've been browsing the MLS for some weeks, now.

I browsed through some of the reviews on Tricon, and I agree, the reviews are not so great.

The crowd sites can help by increasing the number of deals you can look at and making it very easy to browse offerings but end of the day its still buyer beware.

You can browse listings in your area to gauge market rents.
