@Jason Perry   I flew 90,197 miles last year visiting all my markets.. you have to get belly to belly.good luck in your search.. there is very little good news coming out of these deals.. that's just a fact I have been financing this product since 2002.. started in indy in 2003 .. they can bamboozle the unknowing and new comers.. and its sad really very sad .

No matter what's happening in the world we all need food in our bellies and roof's over our head.  

Today my creative juices were flowing on my wife and our discussion, do we buy a place in Sicily. 

I can make out the fuel line and over pressure valve (silver thing close to the wall that looks like a bell). I

so when I give my little talks at some of the REIAS etc my talk this year is what I call pivoting.. and in our business world we try to limit debt.. not juice paper returns based on leverage..

There are multiple different brands, "Bug Juice", "M-1" etc.  

I guess that could be true on a SMOKIN deal ... but not all deals these days have that much juice in them especially if your looking at buy and hold.
