No one has a crystal ball and those that say they do are probably looking to sell you a 2 day workshop on how to make millions in the next recession. 

I've seen undercover videos where they are taught how to squat in workshops. 

For example, my local REIA group is always advertising workshops on different strategies that Elite offers, as well as being part of the "fast-track/success" group so you can learn more, have more support, and really be successful in Real Estate.

@Jeff Greenberg  was not a % it was total amount of folks  so maybe 10 % or lessso in a room with 300 to 400 people that is 200 buying units its usually couples  so 20 couples max will do something with it.. with probably 10 doing extremely well.I work with these folks and have since this guru workshop started.. its not conjecture..

The garage has a single bay one car wide about 2 cars deep and a 1.5 wide workshop area separated by a wall. 

Anthony thank you,do we have to have a investor license,we are very new to real estate we went to a seminar for 2 hour an decided that we could do this ,we have a three day workshop coming up in April but in the mean while we are doing a lot of reading an watch video to get educated,we have goals that we want to reach an I think real estate is a good business to reach these goals so every knowledge to get started in this business is kindly appreciated ,thank God bless you.

I am very eager to learn and attend some weekend workshop but that makes me very susceptible of buying a course that may not give me the best bang for my buck.Any advice would be much appreciated as I'm sure there are a lot of others in the same position as I am.

It's a 4 day workshop based on self-development.
