Real Estate Course(s)
I was wondering if anyone here has done the DIY route of real estate investing and what courses have you taken that was actually legitimate. I was hoping someone can point me in the right direction of what courses some of you would recommend and equally as important, which ones to stay away from. I am very eager to learn and attend some weekend workshop but that makes me very susceptible of buying a course that may not give me the best bang for my buck.
Any advice would be much appreciated as I'm sure there are a lot of others in the same position as I am.
