Well, the crew is finishing up now, a week after her moving in, and I understand it has been inconvenient for her, but the only thing not usable was the shower.

Which is what happened a couple of weeks ago.

Is she gone for 3 months at a time and then home for 2 weeks, then gone 2 months?

For those in the small multifamily space and who are still closing deals in 2024, how many leads are you looking at/week?

I actually just attended a BP InvestHer event in Cherry Hill, NJ last week.

I have managed to come up with a decent list just looking a street or two at a time a few times a week.
