I would like to intake as much as I can before I get started but I am very interested in Real Estate Investing.

A couple of years ago when the regional water deal was being put together by the suburbs and Chamber of Commerce there was going to be money in there (from the suburbs) that would have paid to replace those lines plus upgrade the plant, develop a second intake, and upgrade sewer lines.

It can be assumed that you are a greedy capitalist pig who has no interest in taking care of your property, and will be a slumlord?

I am new to REI and need some help in taking the first steps.

What is the difference in taking possession under a tax deed vs a tax certificate.

We have the 1st floor front unit up for rent as well so we will see how that goes.We pre-screen on the initial phone call so the people we make appointments with have verified they make 3x the monthly rent in take home income, no felonies, & no evictions.

I believe everybody should try things at least once, if they have any interest in taking on the project.
