Hello BP community!

My name is Josh and I am a RE investor from New Jersey since 2012.

I managed a RE fund that acquired 15 properties using sub to and sheriff sales.  Recently I formed my own fund to build my personal portfolio with the things I have learned--and this is what brought me to BP!

While here I am looking to grow my new professional team, follow the most cutting edge REI techniques, seek guidance and mentors and return my knowledge and experience to the BP community!
