I want to get more active on BP to inspire some of you young entrepreneurs out there, and to share some the knowledge that I've acquired over the last few years of doing this full time and growing my real estate business from absolutely nothing. but first...I want everyone reading to understand that this does not happen overnight...

I am an entrepreneur at heart and would just like help.

There would be common kitchen/eating area, a couple full size bathrooms, and a larger social space, These are examples of creative value adds but not ones appropriate for you. 

Mailers, billboards, social media, referrals , door knocking, sheriff sales etc. 

I’m constantly second guessing my own pursuit: fears of failing health as I age and deal with injuries, the pressures of supporting a family of five, the nearing reality that I’ll need to change a career I’ve made progress in for over a quarter century, and even the social pressure to remain who you are.

If you have MLS or some other Social Media like Zillow or Realtor, Inc. that displays anything that has been For Sale for an extended period of time. 

I and my partners are looking to expand our network of entrepreneurs/builders in the US and we heard that Cleveland was a great market.We are looking for neighbourhoods that will outperform the city averages in the next years and that allows a BRRRRstrategy. 

I have learned several invaluable skills like marketing, sales, and the power of social media by being involved, but I'm not sure it's worth my time, especially still working full time with a toddler and plans for #2 soon.

Not only do I expect that taxes will be higher in the future (our politicians love to spend money we don't have, social security is going broke, and all kinds of other financial ugliness is on the horizon), but I also expect my income to continue to rise through most of my life. 

We live in an insanely modest sized home (and neighborhood) for our income, don't brag about our success on social media at all.
