Rent I’m investor home Portland

This may sound weird /crazy and I may be crazy for this but hear me out. I’m in the Portland Oregon area, I moved up here from California with a friend that now wants to move back. I am now looking for a place to rent. I came up with this crazy idea of renting a room from an investor that would be willing to mentor me. I am an entrepreneur at heart and would just like help. Not financially but to help pretty much do what mentors do. I’d be a great side kick. I work full time so I can have a steady income , and save money/ participate in my hobbies . I’m also a student. I will literally work around the clock for free in exchange for mentorship and guidance . Even with the rent thing out of the picture I’m still currently looking for an intelligent individual to learn from. Hope you guys don’t think I’m too crazy for this but I want to go all in with my goals. So here’s this crazy idea. I figure if anyone is interested send me a message and we can further discuss.
