Been saving up for awhile to get started investing. Wondering if anybody had any advice on best type of investing for a newbie to get his feet wet?

“The day you plant the seed is not the day you eat the fruit” runs through my head when analyzing potential purchases.

It would be nice to get rid of all those emotions so I can get down to business...I'm excited for my journey and I'm ready to soak in all the info and to help as much as I can.

Since I've been exposed to the site I have been like a sponge reading articles and listening to podcasts, just soaking up information and being inspired at the same time. 

But you are really planting these seeds.

We are only considering flipping to gain a little extra seed money.

As long as you have good cash flow, if the value drops a bit after you have refi'd your seed money back out of it, you are set to do it again at the new lower prices.

While listening to BP podcasts on my drives back and forth I've been trying to soak up all the knowledge I can.

I can't wait to soak up everyone's knowledge and experience.

Continue to flip that LARGER number (you new seed money) but instead of reinvesting it, use the new profits to buy your cash flow properties...keeping in mind to NEVER spend more than the profits from the larger seed money.
