Be honest and follow the correct steps and you won't have any problems, unless the UW simply doesn't like it.Overall, the process is pretty standard, but if you don't follow the rules, you will have a heck of a time getting the conventional financing.Cheers!

Some are glorified fee takers and any cash flow or equity return on the property is icing on the cake.I like it more when the fee is just a small component of the deal and the syndicator wins more when their passive investors do on the back end.

If you are not licensed therefore cannot legally do anything other then DSCR you simply have not seen how it works in reality and how DSCR loans (on credit, not on credit or in an entity or not) effect the next full doc loan.

My question, do I wait and see if they will really leave by the 15th of next month or simply pay the $900 to start eviction now (which will still take about 6 weeks to get them out) I am concerned that if I pay the $900 and then they leave 2 days later.
