HUD had the property tied up with a FHA buyer and it finally fell out of escrow after many months.

Lots of people doing this were wiped out in 2007-2008 when both rent and property values fell.  

I guess any publicity is good.If you ever want to chat on he phone or via Email I am always accessible to fellow investors to try and help them avoid the same catastrophic pit falls we fell into.

I also found out the house was under contract but the deal fell through.

I fell in love with a girl in high school, folks moved again when I was a junior, I stayed and ended up living in my $75 car some of that time and off the kindness of good people who would give me work. 

But they insist that since I'm selling the property and they're not managing it anymore they will kindly pass along our bill to the tenant but not go to collections for us.Does that seem right, given that the tenants fell behind in rent on this manager's watch?  

Hello everyone,Last weekend by sheer luck an amazing deal fell into my arms.

I found a home I fell in love with in a good area, decent price, really nice 1/1 in-law suite BUT it was built 30 years ago without proper zoning so it can probably be used as an actual in-law suite without a problem but would need to be rezoned in order to be rented out legally to a tenant. 

Find a portfolio of several that you can buy with one fell swoop.2.
